If the Client cancels the reservation, the Venue shall retain the deposit as liquidated damages. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the deposit represents a fair and reasonable estimate of the losses the Venue would sustain due to cancellation, and not a penalty.
The Client is solely responsible for providing and serving all food, beverages, and related items at the event. This includes, but is not limited to, catering, utensils, plates, cups, napkins, and any necessary serving equipment. Le’ Empress Oasis Event Venue shall not be responsible for the preparation, service, or cleanup of food and beverages provided by the Client or their vendors.
Final Payment
The Client agrees that full payment for the reservation must be received no later than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled event date. Failure to make full payment by this deadline will be considered a breach of this Agreement and may result in cancellation of the reservation, with the Venue retaining all deposits and payments made as liquidated damages.
Alcohol & Security Policy
If alcohol will be served at the event, the Client is required to hire a Security Officer through Le’ Empress Oasis Event Venue. A non-refundable fee of $150.00 will be charged for this service.
The Client is solely responsible for providing and serving all alcoholic beverages, glassware, cups, and related serving items. The Client agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the distribution and consumption of alcohol.
If the Client hires a bartender or alcohol service provider, that individual or company must be properly licensed and insured. Proof of licensing and insurance must be provided to the Venue no later than thirty (30) days prior to the event date.
The Client further agrees that Le’ Empress Oasis Event Venue assumes no responsibility or liability for any claims, damages, injuries, or incidents arising from the service or consumption of alcohol at the event. The Client shall indemnify and hold harmless the Venue, its owners, and staff from any and all such claims.
1. Insurance Requirements
The Client must provide proof of Special Event General Liability Insurance. If alcohol will be served, the Client must also provide Host Liquor Liability Coverage in the amount of $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage. The insurance policy must name Le’ Empress Oasis Event Venue LLC as an additional insured.

3. Bartender / Alcohol Service Provider Requirements
If the Client hires a bartender or alcohol service provider, the individual or company must be properly licensed and insured. Proof of licensing and insurance must be submitted to Le’ Empress Oasis Event Venue no later than thirty (30) days prior to the event date.
Failure to provide the required documentation by the deadline may result in cancellation of alcohol service at the event.
